How to Jump Higher and Dunk
Want to learn how to jump higher? There are a few things you can do to increase your vertical so you can dunk, jump over cars, or increase your sports agility.

If you follow the process to that will train all muscles of your body learn how to jump higher, you can easily add 4 - 6" to your vertical. Not only do you need the right training and practice, but the right diet will help your muscles recover quickly so you can get back to training as quickly as possible.

After you properly stretch to avoid injury, the first exercise you want to do is calf raises. If you have free weights at home, you can do this by holding barbells and a step, but you're much better off doing this at the gym with a calf machine. Start with doing 50 a day and work your way up to 100/day.

Squats are another exercise that will greatly increase you vertical and if you want to learn how to jump higher, you're going to have to deal with the pain. Again start with 50 squats, and increase this every day until you can get up to 500. You don't need heavy weights - it may seem easy at first, but after 50 you'll feel the burn.

Now, do some free standing vertical jumps. Do this as long as you can, jumping as high as you can. When you think you can't do any more, add 10 more. You'll be exhausted, but this will increase your ability to jump higher quickly.
