How to Make Free Floor Plans Online

So you want to add on to your home, or maybe change the walls and rooms in your home. You may not be a good artist, and are not able to draw up a complicated floor plan. That's OK. Most people aren't able to draw up their own floor plan. Lucky for you, the internet can do that for you. This is how to make your own floor plans, for you new or remodeled house, online for free.

Instructions

1. First open a new browser window and type www.floorplanner.com

2. When the page loads, click on "sign up for a free account". If you select the free version, you can create one 3D floor plan. With the other version you can create up to 5 houses. This is for a small fee.

3. Create your floor plan. There is no actually drawing involved. You simply use your mouse cursor and drag and drop. You will want to know what measurements you will be dealing with to get an accurate floor plan. After you're finished you can see it in 2 or 3D.
