When you send an email, you usually receive notification if the message did not reach the recipient. But with Confirmeo, a free email utility program, you can find out exactly when a person opens a message from you. Read on to learn how to use the Confirmeo system with your emails so that you will receive notification when a recipient opens one of your messages.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Open your email client or Web browser application and compose a new message, addressing it as you usually would.

  2. Step 2

Type ".confirmeo.com" at the end of the intended recipient's email address. For example, if you were writing a message to joe@gmail.com, the final address would be joe@gmail.com.confirmeo.com.

  3. Step 3

Compose the rest of the message and send the email to the edited address from Step 2.

  4. Step 4

Wait for a confirmation email from the Confirmeo utility, which will be sent once the recipient of the original message opens the message.

  5. Step 5

Open the confirmation message to find out when the recipient read the initial email.
