The Patient Advocate Center has set up a non profit called Co-Pay Relief that was created to help people who have health insurance but are facing financial struggles because their co-pays are so high. They help people with various types of conditions and illnesses as well as with many different types of insurance.

If you believe you meet the qualifications, you can call 866-512-3861 to speak with a counselor on their site. They are extremely helpful and kind. They will let you know if you qualify to apply and then send you an application. Once you apply you are eligible for back payments of up to 12 months as well.
