Olive oil can add moisture and shine to your hair.

Olive oil can inexpensively add moisture and shine to your hair. If you hair is over processed or damaged from overuse of heating products, the answer to your problem is in your kitchen. A deep-conditioning olive oil treatment before you shampoo your hair will leave your hair silky and manageable. There's no need to purchase expensive conditioners. Olive oil is a natural, budget-friendly alternative to a salon treatment that you can do in your home.
