On the modulator setup screen, go to the TV2 section using the remote control navigation buttons. Choose either "Cable" or "Air" depending on the function set on your secondary TV. Cable will default to modulated output channel 73 and air will default to channel 60. You can change either of these if you need to but that shouldn't be necessary.

Select "done" and you are finished. Barring no other issues, you should now be able to tune your TV to the selected channel and view Satellite programming on your secondary television.

Tips & Warnings
Generally a TVs tuner can be set to one of two modes depending on what type of signal it is receiving through its cable wire input: either "Air" (antenna) or "Cable" (some paid television programming service usually from either a cable TV provider like Comcast or a satellite TV provider like Direct TV or Dish Network). Your Dish Network receiver's secondary TV output type must match that of the TV.
Do an autoprogram channel search. You could find that your TV wants to tune in on some other seemingly random channel (maybe 21)...
