Step 1
Mini Pearl the dog trained to make you smile.
As a police officer of many years I came across the most powerful police tool. A police dog called Mini Pearl.
The one thing needed on almost any call a police officers goes on is a smile.
Just imagine having a trained dog that makes everyone smile.
If you are not a police officer just think how this dog can help you in your every day life. What if you arrive at the pharmacy just 10 minutes before closing and you have got to have your medication today. You approach the clerk and can see she has had a long hard day. You say "You look like you need just what I have" "The best trained dog in the world"
"Here she is" you then hold up a string of 17 6mm white beads. You say "This is a dog....she is a mini dog. Her name is Mini Pearl"
You make the dog and as you hand her to the clerk you say "Most dogs do what they are trained to do most of the time but this dog does what she is trained to do every time. She is trained to Make You Smile."
You will be moved to the front of the line every time you go to the pharmacy from then on. -
Step 2
Now to do this you will need to purchase rolls of 6mm White Fused Pearls. Cut them in lengths of 17 pearls.
Hold the string of pearls by the first pearl on the right and the 6th from the right. (Fig. 1)
Fold the pearls over with the first pearl crossing over after the 5th which leaves 4 pearls at the end when you twist the 1st one through. (Fig. 2)
Take the 6th one from your left hand and hold it in your right hand. Move it the same as you did before with 4 pearls and twist the one in you right hand after the 4.
Now you do the same thing one more time. Moving the last pearl to your right hand and twisting it after 4 pearls. This will leave 2 pearls at the end. (Fig. 9)
Next turn the first 4 up to make the head of the dog. (Fig. 12) -
Step 3
Now you have the dog "Mini Pearl". With a little practice you will be able to do this without looking at it while you are talking to the person you are about to make smile.
After you give the dog to the person who needs a smile you may want to tell them how to make sure the dog always follows its command to make people smile.
Have them hold the dog and with your finger flip the tail back and forth and tell them to just tell the dog to wag its tail and that will remind it to follow its command to make them smile. It may also give them the one thing better than a smile. A laugh.
I will often change what I say to them from "Make You Smile" to "Make a Pretty Woman Smile" or "Make a Good Little Boy Smile" or other things that fit the moment.
