Creating Special Wedding Favor Boxes
-
1
Choose a favor box pattern that fits an 8 1/2" x 11 sheet of white card stock. Mark where to cut and where to fold the paper after cutting. Once all the folds are made, cut slips where indicated. Bend the card stock so that you create a small box with a lid. Use a hot glue gun to secure the box sides to each other where necessary. (See image in Step 2)

Cut wedding themed paper to fit the inside of the box from the front lip down and up the inside to the top of the lid. Use a hot glue gun to secure the paper along the inside of the box and press the decorative paper from the lip along each side until you meet the top of the lid (inside). Do the same for the outside of the box starting with the outside of the lip down and around until you meet the top of the lid (outside).

Tips & Warnings
Keep a box handy filled with little scraps of craft supplies, including ribbons, buttons, beads, papers and such. Box sizes vary and patters can easily be created with a little experimentation.
Hot glue guns can burn--handle with care.
