How to Make Yourself Into an Animated Cartoon Character

You can turn a photo of yourself into a cartoon character.

Photoshopping photographs has been around for a while now, but the new rage is making a cartoon of yourself. These pictures have been floating around on social networking sites and blogs alike, and have turned the Internet community into a collective cartoon show. To cartoonize yourself, all you need is a photo.

Instructions

1. Go to BeFunky.com and click on "Get Started Free" (see Resources).

2. Select "Upload" and browse your files until you find the picture you'd like to animate.

3. Select "Cartoonizer" from the menu on the left and choose a style.

4. Click "Share" from the toolbar on the right to send the image to someone or post it on a social media website.

Tips & Warnings

• Select a profile photo that captures your face and fills most of the frame.
