Things You'll Need:
- Egg
- Water
- Stove
- Small Pot
- Cloth(towel, scrap, etc)
- Vitamin K (cream or oil)
-
Step 1
Boiling WaterFill the pot with water, put it onto stove, light the stove up and bring water to a boil.
-
Step 2
Drop in the egg into the water and let it boil from4-6 minutes or until hard-boiled. (Drop the egg in AFTER the water is boiling or the eggshell will burst, BUT in this situation, it's okay.)
-
Step 3
Take out egg and carefully peel the shell. To avoid being burn, wear oven mitts or wrap the egg into towel.
-
Step 4
Let the egg cool a bit(but not to much, it still has to be hot)and wrap it into a cloth. Twist the top of the cloth so the egg is unmovable in its confinement.
-
Step 5
Now this is the part that might be unbearable but if you want the looks, you have to leave the comfort behind. Take the egg satchel you made and rub onto the bruise for several minutes or until the egg completely cools and become mush. Make sure to apply even pressure and gradually increase. Use circular motions.
-
Step 6
The egg contains protein and vitamins that get released into your skin as you rub. It also holds heat longer. Heat open up pores and blood vessels and the rubbing motion releases the clotted blood and distributes it out. Do this every few hours each day and the bruise should be gone in 2-3 days!
