Things You'll Need:
- Pre made pie dough
- 4 inch round cutter
- Muffin tins
- Seasonal fruit
- Fat free vanilla yogurt
-
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay dough out flat and cut out 5 rounds from dough. I do not recommend reusing the extra dough. Then use a fork to poke holes in the rounds.
-
Step 2
Put the rounds in un-greased muffin tins. You will need to make pleats in the dough and pull it up around the edge so the sides do not fall into the tin.
-
Step 3
Bake for 9-13 minutes until the crust is brown. Let cool completely.
-
Step 4
Then fill them ¾ the way with the fat free yogurt. Then add your fruit and decorate. I like to use strawberry, blueberry, peaches, kiwis, oranges, or whatever is on sale and in season. This is were you get to be creative.

on 1/28/2009 Great recipe. I like your choice of fruits too. And I know the kids have a blast helping to make the tarts too. Fun!
