  • Microwave-safe glass bowl
  • Desired number of eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk per egg
  • Vegetables and meat, if desired
  • Salt and pepper

      Spray a glass bowl with cooking spray to avoid the eggs sticking to the sides. Crack your eggs into the bowl. Add milk and a few shakes of salt and pepper.

      Beat the eggs and milk together with a fork or whisk until the color is solid yellow and the egg whites are thoroughly blended. Dice your vegetables and cooked meat into quarter-inch pieces and stir them into the eggs.

      Place the bowl into microwave and cook for about 45 to 60 seconds for each egg used. Calculate that amount of time and start with that. Stop the microwave and stir the eggs every 45 seconds. The eggs are ready when they are puffy, not soggy or runny.

Tips & Warnings

  • Overcooking your eggs in a microwave will turn them to rubber. Frequent stirring and observing will give the best results.
