How to Work at Home as a PPC Advertising Affiliate Marketer

Some affiliate marketers generate wealth without creating websites or blogs. Doing this is very easy, if you have a basic understanding of affiliate marketing and navigating the internet.

Instructions

1. Affiliate marketing is an excellent way to work at home. Some PPC affiliate marketers make over $50,000 per month, and are able to work at home exclusively. By just following these steps, you can work at home and spend a few hours each week creating and tweaking your PPC ads.

2. Set up an account with an affiliate network. There is a directory of affiliate networks in the "Resources" section below.

3. Set up an account with a PPC advertising company. For this example, Google Adwords will be used.

   After registering your Google Adwords account, click on the "Create a Campaign" drop down menu.

5. Choose "Keyword Targeted" or "Placement Targeted." Keyword targeted ads will be placed on sites that Google deems relevant. Placement targeted ads are placed on sites that you choose. This example will use the "Keyword Targeted" option.

   Name your campaign. Choose a name that will help you remember what this campaign is advertising. For this example, the affiliate program for the "WriteForEhow.com" ebook is being used, so the campaign name reflects that. Name the ad group. Again, use something that has meaning to you. Your customers will never see these two names or titles.

7. Scroll down to click "Continue."

   Fill out the ad fields. As you type, your words will be filled in on the example box above. Note that there are two URL fields. In one, you'll put the display URL, which is what the customer will see. For this example, the reader will see that they are being sent to www.WriteForEhow.com. The second URL field is the Destination URL. This is where your affiliate code will go.

9. When you've filled out all of the fields, scroll down and click "continue."

    Choose your keywords. Use one keyword or keyword phrase per line. Scroll down to click "Continue."

11. Choose your daily budget, and the maximum amount you're willing to spend for each click. Click "Continue."

12. Check your ad to make sure it looks the way you want it to.

13. Click "Save campaign."

14. That's it. You've just created your first PPC ad campaign. Check your stats to compare the amount of clicks your ads are getting to the amount of commission your earning with your affiliate campaign. Make adjustments as needed.
