Whenever your personal computer faced some electrical or mechanical issue like some power outage or a program crashes. Your computer may create errors on your computer hard disk. That error may cause to slow your computer as well. So clean up disk errors may also boost up you computer speed.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Whenever you want to clean your computer first you need to go my computer icon in your computer desktop or go to my computer through start menu. After getting it explore it.

  2. Step 2

    Now right click on the drive (It may be C or any other drive of your computer) in my computer which you want to clean up.

  3. Step 3

    In right click box click properties.

  4. Step 4

    In the properties box, click the tool tab.

  5. Step 5

    After clicking tool tab you will get error checking section. In it click Check Now button.

  6. Step 6

    You will get Check Disk Box, Check all the boxes and click start.

  7. Step 7

    A message box will display, will be showing you, schedule the disk check to start the next time when you will restart your computer. Now click Yes.

  8. Step 8

    Now next time you restart your computer, it first automatically run through a disk before you get your login screen.
