Things You'll Need:
- iPod Nano
- Computer
- Podcasts you want to listen to
-
Step 1
iPod attached to USB port on computer and iPodTo begin with, the iPod Nano has to be attached, on both ends, with the UBS cord. One end to the computer and the other end to the iPod.
-
Step 2
Podcasting Page on Alex Jones WebsiteNow, through Yahoo or Google, look for your favorite radio shows to download. All you do is go to your favorite radio progams online and search for their podcast link to download to your iPod. Once at the website you like to listen to, click on the link to subscribe to that podcast.
-
Step 3
Podcast shows up in iTunesOnce you have clicked on the subscribe to podcast link, it will open up in the iTunes program on your desktop. Once the podcast is subscribed to, the feed will show up in iTunes and everyday or every other day, a new podcast will be downloaded to your iTunes program.
-
Step 4
Sync podcasts to iPod from iTunesOnce the podcast shows up in iTunes, under the Podcasts heading, click on File> Sync to "Your iPod" and wait for the current podcast to appear under that radio programs heading. If the current podcast is not showing up yet, click on Refresh at the bottom right corner of the iTunes page until it appears in the list of podcasts.

on 10/24/2009 You can only drag podcasts to your iPod's 'Music' folder. They will then show up in the 'Podcast' folder - but not the 'music' folder. You can not drag podcasts directly to the 'Podcasts' folder. Let's face it, iTunes is not much of a program in so many ways...
