Turkey Bowling is a new craze to hit the country.
Turkey Bowling is a new craze to hit the country.

The are two forms of "Turkey Bowlers" and I will go into detail each style, unique and beautiful in their own way. Turkey Bowling is a sport of the winter season and soon the weather will be warm and the "Turkey Bowling" season is over.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Frozen Turkey
  • Bottles
  • Makeshift Bowling Lane
  1. Step 1

The first style of Turkey Bowler will attend a winter festival where kids play games and adults drink warm apple cider with cinnamon in it!
There will be a safe lane established where the bowler will throw his turkey in an effort to knock down as many bottles or pins as possible.
You can keep score just like real bowling, but the frozen bird may take a beating.

  2. Step 2

Another style is the "Driveway Turkey Bowler" where some hay bales are set up and the drive way is iced down to provide a slick surface to slide the bird into the pins. Again this can be scored just like real bowling.

  3. Step 3

The last and final style is the rogue "Grocery Store Turkey Bowler". This menace to society will set up soda bottles,(or any other bottles he/she can get their hands on) in an empty grocery store isle. This method usually involves an accomplice to watch for store employees, and another to shoot video while the bowler pitches his bird down the makeshift lane. It's not likely you will get a full 10 frames in the store. Usually it's pitch and run before you hear "Security in the frozen meat section" See video link in resources.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use damaged birds to prevent wasting food
  • If you break it you bought it
  • Look out for other people as a frozen turkey is heavy and could hurt if someone was in the way
