Microwave Chocolate Fudge Recipe

That's right, fudge from your microwave! This fudge is so simple to make it only takes 5 minutes of your time, and tastes like it has taken you all day long to prepare. This Chocolate fudge is great to give as a gift (wrapped in colored plastic wrap and tied with a bow) or if you're pressed for time it would be a wonderful addition to any dinner party.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/8 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Step 1

Microwave the powdered sugar, cocoa, evaporated milk, and butter in a large microwave safe mixing bowl on high for 2 minutes. This time may vary depending on your microwaves power. If after two minutes your butter is not melted microwave at 30 second intervals until melted.

  2. Step 2

Pour vanilla into the mixture, and stir until it is smooth.

  3. Step 3

Pour your mixture onto a large buttered dinner plate, smooth with the back of your spoon, and place in your refrigerator.

  4. Step 4

After the fudge sets cut into squares.

Tips & Warnings
  • If mixture seems too crumbly add a few drops of water, or if mixture isn't thick enough add a little extra powdered sugar.
