If you have a favorite show and miss an episode every now and then, you might find yourself scouring the internet, looking for your lost love. There are many ways that you can watch TV on the internet, either live or a show that has already aired.

Visit a website dedicated to posting episodes of TV shows to the internet such as Joost, Fan Cast, All U C or Hulu, a link to each of these sites can be found in the resources section. Type the name of the show that you would like to watch into the search box on any on these sites to locate episodes of that show. If you aren't sure what show you would like to watch, you are just looking to watch something, than you can browse these sites by genre.

Select the episode that you would like to watch once you locate the show.

    • 5

Visit World Wide Internet Television, a link to which is located in the resources section, to watch live television rather than a show that has already aired.

    • 6

Select the highest video quality you can, for the speed of your internet connection, without making the video skip, if given a choice.

Tips & Warnings

  • Some websites have episodes split into different parts, so make sure that if this is the case, you start with the first part.

  • There are shows that you will not be able to watch online, such as many shows that air on premium channels, because the companies who own the rights to such shows vehemently police the internet for copyright violations and force websites to take down any unauthorized material.
