on 4/30/2009 I have very thin, fine hair. I have tried Rogaine before with absolutely no results. What I can tell you is that there is a product that has worked for me, Nioxin. In the United States, it's ONLY available through beauty salons but within a month of using it, my hair was healthier and noticeably thicker. It's not a miracle cure, but my kids actually noticed the difference. It's pretty expensive and I can't afford it right now, but as soon as I can I'll be buying it regularly!
