Once you've got your Free MP3 Converter installed, you can run the program. You should have an option to import your WAV file, which may be titled something along the lines of "Choose Input File" etc. Once you've chosen your WAV file that you would like converted press Start or something along the lines of "encode to MP3" may be set as the caption.

Under the settings menu you may select your output folder. This is where the final MP3 will be saved, your desktop is a good place to save it to so that it's easy to get to and you can move it wherever you want once you've got it on your desktop.
