      The first type of person you should consider recruiting or hiring is one who is smarter than you are. You must be self confident in order to do this. You are who you surround yourself with in the business world. If they succeed, you succeed and vice versa. Be loyal to them and expect the same professional courtesy in return.

      Hire passionate people who have more than just smarts. Look for outstanding character and a good personality. Expect common sense as much as business sense. There is a huge difference in the two. Hire someone who has both.
