Everybody loves a good massage, so why not learn how to be the person everybody loves. Being able to give a great massage is something everybody can respect. And you can give out massages for birthday presents instead of spending money.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Get some massage oil. I recommend using Sweet Almond Oil, it's one of the most popular massage oils, and it works very well. Put a tablespoon of oil on your hands and get them all oiled up.

  2. Step 2

Start on the neck and shoulders. Use a good amount of pressure and focus on the shoulder blades and neck. Work your way up to the head and massage the entire head and scalp, it feels amazing.

  3. Step 3

Massage their whole arms. Down to the hands and fingers rubbing in between each finger and pulling gently on their arms while massaging them.

  4. Step 4

Go down to the back of their legs, in the area right below their butt. This can be a tender area so start massaging gently all the way down to their knees. Using the "karate chop" method here feels great.

  5. Step 5

Just like with their hands, massage their feet and toes, again using minimal pressure as this can be a sensitive area. Gently pull on their feed and legs to stretch them out.

  6. Step 6

This isn't a typical massage, but massaging the head, hands, calves and feet will give them a very unique sensation that they will fall in love with.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you feel a muscle knot, spend extra time massaging that area to work the knot out.
  • Take your time. Even though you're not massaging the entire body, you can still spend 10-15 minutes on each spot.
  • Don't use too much pressure. Always ask the other person to tell you when you're being too rough.
