How to Measure for the Perfect Bra

Every woman, whether a small A-cup or a voluptuous DD, finding the perfect fitting bra is essential. If the bra is too large, there is little to no support or enhancement; if it is too small it is not only unattractive with the 'muffin top' effect but terribly uncomfortable. Believe it or not, an estimated 70 % of women are wearing the wrong bra size. Use these simple steps and make sure you are wearing the bra you are meant to wear!

Things You'll Need:

• Bra
• Cloth Measuring Tape

1. While wearing your everyday bra, measure around the body under the bust with a fabric measuring tape.

2. If the measurement is an even number, add 2 inches. If the measurement is an odd number, add 3 inches.
   This will give you your frame (band) size.

3. Next, measure the fullest part of the breast. This is the bust line measurement.

4. Now compare the bust line measurement to the frame size.
   The difference between the two will give you your cup size.

• If you typically wear padded bras, measure yourself without it to get a perfect fit.
