Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ultimate Link Cloaker
  • Your affiliate links
  • Your website server
  1. Step 1

Affiliate marketing is a good business if you have the right tools. Cloaking your links is very important, not only for protecting your affiliate link but for idiots who don't want to see you make a commission. You can now accomplish both by having either a sub-domain on your domain name or the original address of the affiliate company show up for your link, in other words it will show up as the original website address, without any affiliate links showing at all.

  2. Step 2

So let me explain each one to you. The first one (Basic Link) will look something like this and since ehow will reject the article if you put weblinks in the text I will show you like this- yourwebsite/yourchoiceofname this will STAY in the browser bar AFTER it loads, so the affiliate link is never exposed.

  3. Step 3

The next (Advanced Link) can be entered as the original website address. With this method, the website will load exactly as you enter it. Here are some of the applications you can use this linking type for:

  4. Step 4

    1. If your merchant leads people to their squeeze page first, you can bypass it by entering the sales page directly instead.

    2. If you have pre sold your list before and would like to bypass the sales page altogether, use the advanced cloak to cloak the order link and direct your list to order straight away.

    3. If your merchant has sucky sales copy, you can create a new sales page specially for promoting that particular affiliate program. Thereafter, use the advanced cloak function and cloak the order link and insert it in your sales page.

There are many other ways which I'm sure you can think of. Just be creative and I'm sure you this tool will create wonders for your affiliate campaigns!

  5. Step 5

This is the Ultimate Link Cloaker and it is simple to use and customizable, it is free to download and it sets up in minutes and is a very lite application, so it will not take up any space on your hard drive. I have included a link below to download it.

Tips & Warnings
  • Easy to use, simple interface.
  • Save web pages to your files, upload them to your server in two simple steps.
  • Make dozens, hundreds or thousands of original web addresses.
  • Leaving your affiliate link exposed will cost you money, hide it easily and free, download it now
