In the Super Nintendo role-playing game Chrono Trigger, your group of heroes will be flung back and forth through time and are forced to fight a huge range of futuristic and fantasy-based creatures. When your party travels to the far future, they will have to defeat three guardian robots that are preventing access to the tunnels beneath a domed city. To win the battle, you will need to focus on destroying each of them one at a time.

    Fighting the Guardian

Have all three members of your party use their standard physical attacks on the small floating robot on the left side of the screen until it explodes. Take time to heal as necessary as the large robot in the middle attacks, and then focus on destroying the floating robot on the right.

  5. Step 5
    Defeating the Guardian Robot

    Defeating the Guardian Robot

Use all of your strongest physical attacks and spells on the middle robot once it is alone. Deal a total of 1,200 damage to the robot to defeat it.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you don't destroy the middle robot fast enough, it will revive the two floating robots, which will mean that you have to start the sequence over again by focusing on only attacking them.
  • Don't attack the main robot while the two floating robots on the side are still active, or it will counterattack with a powerful laser beam that will deal massive damage to all of your party members.
