Things You'll Need:
- High heels.
-
Step 1
The first step is the most important. Be smart when buying high heels. Look for shoes you can be comfortable in and can support your weight. Look at the padding and arch in the shoes. The farther forward the arch is in the shoe, the grounded you will feel.
-
Step 2
Stand up straight. Head should be up and shoulder's back. Doing this will avoid unneeded pressure on your feet.
-
Step 3
Take small steps when starting to learn. Walk heal to toes. It is best to practice walking up in down the hall way before going in public to avoid falling on your face. This also goes for heel size start small and as you can increase heel height as you feel comfortable.
-
Step 4
As you walk lightly spread your toes to gain balance. This will even out your weight to the ball of the foot.
-
Step 5
Use your hips to avoid feeling of balance. Movement should be small hip movements, avoid large obvious movements.
