      Peel one medium to large potato per person. Choose firm, brown baking potatoes to make delicious healthy french fries.

      Slice the potatoes in half. Cut each half into thick french frie style wedges.

      Dip the wedges into beaten egg whites. Use one egg white per medium potato to make healthy french fries.

      Place healthy french fry wedges on a non-stick baking tray.

      Sprinkle with your choice of seasonings. Garlic salt, thyme, onion powder and other spices add to the flavor of healthy french fries.
      Add a dash of pepper and a little paprika if desired.
