How to Glue Trim Pieces Back onto Your Vehicle

If a piece of your autos trim comes off during an accident, hail storm, or while under a high-pressure wash, you can easily reattach it.

Things You'll Need

• E6000
• Tape/Clamp

Instructions

1. 

   Conduct a dry fit to make sure you know exactly how the trim piece is supposed to fit. Clean off any residue from the old adhesive used.

2. 

   Apply E6000 to trim piece.

3. 

   Press into place securely. Align any notches or brackets that may be on the trim or body of the car. Use masking tape to hold in place or clamps. Let dry for 30 minuets and remove.
