How to Cure Everything with Vinegar

  • Relieve coughs by adding two teaspoons of vinegar to a humidifier. Also, mix one half cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, one teaspoon cayenne pepper, one half cup water, and four teaspoons honey. Take one tablespoon when your cough acts up and another tablespoon before bedtime.
