      Vinegar can ease leg cramps, soothe sprained muscles, cool a sunburn, relieve itchy dry skin, treat burns, reduce infection, alleviate sore feet, and remove corns & calluses just by dabbing a small amount of vinegar to a cotton ball and applying it to the area needing treated.

      Relieve coughs by adding two teaspoons of vinegar to a humidifier. Also, mix one half cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, one teaspoon cayenne pepper, one half cup water, and four teaspoons honey. Take one tablespoon when your cough acts up and another tablespoon before bedtime.
