Instructions

1. Go to Microsoft’s template download center online (see Resources below).

2. Under the “Browse Templates” section in the middle column, click “Gift certificates.”

3. Click the “Filter by Product” drop-down menu in the left column of the page. Select “Word.”

4. Browse through the gift certificate templates, and select one whose layout and design best reflects your company’s needs and purpose.

5. Click the title of your selected template, and then click the “Download” button. After your accept Microsoft’s service agreement, the download will start.

6. Open your downloaded template in Microsoft Word. Adjust and customize the gift certificate with your own company’s logo and brand. Change the colors, font and text to reflect your business.

Tips & Warnings

• When you print your gift certificates, use special award or certificate paper. These types of paper will be a little harder and thicker, and will give your certificates a more authentic quality.
