Things You'll Need:
- Shrinky dink sheets
- Cookie sheet
- Pencil crayons
-
Step 1
Buy some shrinky dink sheets either at your local craft store or online (see Resources below).
-
Step 2
Use the rough side of the shrinky dink sheet to draw your Indian on.
-
Step 3
Use a brown pencil crayon to draw the outline of your Indian. Make the Indian slightly larger than you really want him to be, since the Indian is going to shrink.
-
Step 4
Color your Indian in with pencil crayons. Add colorful feathers and beads like the Indians wear. You can even color your Indian upon a horse if you want to.
-
Step 5
Cut your Indian out. Leave a small clear space around the edges of the Indian to make up for some of the shrinking that is going to take place.
-
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F, set your Indian on a cookie sheet with its color side facing up and put it in the oven for 1 minute.
-
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let the Indian cool off before using.
