How to Make Natural Facial Masks
Facial masks can work wonders for your complexion and leave your skin feeling soft and subtle. Things You'll Need
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of chamomile tea
- 3 chamomile tea bags
- Hot water
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. almond extract

Peel and remove the pit from a ripe avocado. Mash or blend in the blender until the avocado is smooth and free of lumps. Massage into the undereye area to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Relax and let the mask dry for 15 minutes. A cold cloth over the eyes while it sets will provide a comforting relief to tired eyes. Rinse with cool water.

Mash one ripe banana until smooth and add a well-beaten egg yolk. Mix thoroughly. Add 1 teaspoon of almond extract and stir to mix well. Massage the face gently and allow to dry for 10 minutes. Rinse off with cooled chamomile tea to moisturize and refresh your skin. Pat the skin dry with a soft towel.

Conceal wrinkles with egg whites. Separate the white and the yolk from one large egg. Pat the egg white onto the areas with wrinkles. Avoid talking or changing your facial expression while the egg white dries. Rinse with cool water and pat dry with a soft towel. Let 1 cup of dried apricots soak in warm water until they are soft. Place the apricots in the blender with 2 teaspoons of powdered dry milk and blend until smooth and free of lumps. Apply to the face with your fingers and allow to dry for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water and pat dry.
