Worried that you won't be able to get those morning jogs in when it's snowing? Stop worrying now by following these easy steps.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Will to run
  1. Step 1

Take care to invest in a ski mask, beanie or other hat that will fully cover your head and neck. A scarf of bandana around your head would work fine also.

  2. Step 2

Suit up for the jog by wearing more than one layer of clothing, this means add on extra shirts, shorts, mittens and possibly pants. A good tip would be to double up on socks, keep your feet extra warm!

  3. Step 3

Wear shoes that have lots of traction at the bottom. This will ensure that you don't slip and fall due to water or snow on the ground.

  4. Step 4

Walk for up to 5 min and slowly begin to increase your speed as you will heat up. The faster you run the more your body heat will go up!
