A great dessert for anytime of year. This one is so easy to make and always a hit!
Things You'll Need
- 2 cans cherry pie filling
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter(1 stick)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped, optional
- 9" X 13" cake pan
- food processor
Dump cherry pie filling into cake pan. Evenly spread in pan.
Slice butter into 8 pieces.
Dump cake mix into food processor. Add cinnamon and sliced butter.
Pulse until the butter is the size of peas. Add nuts if using. Pulse to combine.
Sprinkle cake mixture over pie filling.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
