How to make balsamic vinegar chicken

This tangy chicken recipe tastes great baked or barbecued.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)
  1. Step 1

    Cut chicken into strips.

  2. Step 2

    Put chicken in a zip lock bag (Gallon size) and add balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

  3. Step 3

    If you want a more tangy taste add the balsamic vinegar.

  4. Step 4

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  5. Step 5

    Bake in shallow baking pan at 325 degrees - approximately 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. OR you can bbq the chicken on med-high heat til cooked thoroughly.

Tips & Warnings
  • Discard unused marinate.
  • Be sure to cook chicken thoroughly.
