Instructions

  1. Make a Tissue Paper Jack-O'-Lantern

    • 1

Cut a pumpkin shape out of the card stock.

    • 2

Cut orange, black and green tissue paper into 1-inch by 1-inch squares. Use a pencil with an eraser and push the eraser into the center of a green square. Pull the square off the eraser and glue the point onto the stem area of the pumpkin. Then glue black ones in a triangle shape for eyes and mouth. You can design the mouth any way you like. Fill in the rest of the pumpkin with orange. Let the glue dry.

    • 3

Cut a piece of magnet from the roll. Peel off adhesive cover and stick to the back of your jack-o'-lantern. Stick to the refrigerator.

    Make an Indian Corn Magnet

    • 4

Put a yellow three-pronged bead on a piece of craft wire. Pull the end of the wire over the bead and twist back onto the length of the wire. Put on a red bead and get it over the twisted end of the wire to fit in with the yellow bead. Next use a brown bead and then an orange. Use this pattern for about 12 to 14 beads. Leave about an inch of wire sticking out the top. It should look like a piece of Indian corn. Make three separate pieces.

    • 5

Twist the three pieces of wire together to hold the three pieces of corn together. Cut a bunch of raffia about 6 inches long. Work it between the pieces of corn and back up so that all the ends of the raffia are at the top.

    • 6

Tie a piece of twine around the raffia just above the corn. Make a tight knot and then tie it into a bow. Put a drop of glue inside the knot to fasten it to the raffia and keep it from coming untied. Cut a piece of magnet and stick it on the back of the raffia. Stick to the refrigerator.

Make a Pipe Cleaner Spider Magnet

    • 7

Twist four black pipe cleaners together in the center. Put some craft glue on the twisted part to keep it from coming apart. Let the glue dry.

    • 8

Bend the four sections on each side into legs and bend the ends over for feet.

    • 9

Glue two wiggle eyes on the front of the twisted section. Stick a piece of magnet on the bottom of the twisted section. Stick to the refrigerator.
