Things You'll Need:
- Shout or Spray and Wash fabric cleaner (or similar product)
- Scrub brush
- hose and sprayer
-
Step 1
Wash the car as you normally would with a car wash solution and rinse it clean.
-
Step 2
Use your Spray and Wash cleaner (or Shout)and spray the top fabric, work in a small area doing one side at a time.
-
Step 3
Scrub the top fabric with a scrub brush, be gentle as you don't want to damage the fabric. Again scrub one side at a time, I started on the right front and worked my way to the back of the car. Went to the other side and started at the back and finished at the left front.
-
Step 4
Wash the top off with water again, dry with a chamois cloth. If you have a fabric treatment such as Armour All, apply this after the cloth dries.

on 12/6/2008 Try the product specifically made to clean convertible tops, "CTC" get it at Walmart. No scrubbing! (I'm so lazy.) Good article. Is that a LeBaron?
