  • 1 soft cloth (made from cotton)
  • 2 sheets of plastic wrap.

      First chose your favorite tea and prepare as usual.

      You will then take cooled off tea and add it to about 2 cups of french green clay. Make sure the paste is not to thin, just thick enough to stay in place.

      Next you will apply a thick coat to your affected joints.

      Once you have applied the paste to the affected area, you will then want to wrap the area with a soft cloth, then following with a plastic wrap.

      Leave on for 30 minutes.
