Making facial masks are fun to do, and much more healthier for your skin! Enjoy the exfoliating experience with whole wheat flour!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 qt. water
  • 4 tsp. dried or 8 tsp. fresh rose petals
  • Peels from 1-2 organic oranges
  • 6 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tbsp. rose water
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 4 tbsp. whole wheat flour
  1. Step 1

    First you will want to boil the water and remove from heat.

  2. Step 2

    Next you will want to add the rose petals and orange peels, you will then cover and allow for the ingredients to seep up until the water has become lukewarm.

  3. Step 3

    Now, in a separate pan you will want to heat the milk, rose water and honey together. You will then remove from heat.

  4. Step 4

    Taking the heated rose water and milk, you will want to add the whole wheat flour. Whisk to blend into a thick paste.

  5. Step 5

    You will then want to apply the warm paste to your face and neck, and leave on for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Carefully wash the dried mask off with the rose and orange water. Be sure to pat dry.

Tips & Warnings
  • Once the mask is washed off you could apply a moisturizer of your choice.
