How to use your iPhone - Tips - Parental Controls (Restrictions)
The Restrictions feature on the iPhone allows parents to control what applications and features their children have access to. Restrictions can block the ability to make FaceTime calls or download explicit music, movies and podcasts. Parental control settings use a secure four-digit PIN to prevent them from being changed without authorization.
