Step 1 - Crescent Moon PoseRelax your body, keep your back straight and kneel

Step 2 - Crescent Moon PoseStep forward with your right foot. Keep your upper leg parallel with the floor. The left foot rests on the floor with its toes and your lower leg on the mat.

Step 3 - Crescent Moon PoseRaise and stretch both your arms upwards. Then you raise your knee at the back so that your weight is now equally divided between the leg in front and the leg at the back. Focus and maintain balance.
