Here I will be describing how to do a Squat Thrust. This is a great work out for cardio, endurance and strength. It looks easy or fun at first, but it can get tough at the 3rd set.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Your self
  • Positive attitude
  1. Step 1

    Start in a standing position.

  2. Step 2

Then squat all the way down. Your hands touching the ground at shoulder width. Keep your chest tall. Like a proud leap frog position.

  3. Step 3

Next, kick your legs out like a push up position.

  4. Step 4

Return feet to starting position or leap frog position.

  5. Step 5

    Lastly, stand up.

Tips & Warnings
  • Everything thing should be one quick move. Down, kick, back, up.
  • Be sure that you are healthy enough to preform this.
