Help out around the house. Don't think that just because your wife is a woman she has to do it all by herself. Refrain from doing things that will make her work around the house harder than it already is. Avoid things like leaving your shoes laying around or your clothes all over the bed. Remember that your wife shouldn't have to come behind you to clean up your mess. Help her sometimes with chores such as washing the dishes or making the bed. Remember that helping her with housework makes her feel appreciated, which is good for your marriage.

2
Tell your wife in advance that you're going to be responsible for the kids for the entire weekend. Remember that even though she loves being with them, everyone deserves a break once in a while. Take the kids and spend the weekend doing something that everyone enjoys. Let your wife stay home and do things she enjoys, such as having her hair done or reading her favorite book.

Be affectionate toward your wife and make her feel loved and cherished. Hold your wife and let her know that you love her and how much she means to you. Give her compliments from the heart and let her know that you don't take anything she does for granted. Greet her with a kiss before leaving for work because you never know if it will be your last time seeing her. Surprise her with gifts that are tokens of your love and appreciation for her. Avoid losing your affectionate side regardless how long you've been married.

Take interest in some of the things your wife enjoys doing. Sit next to your wife on a random Saturday and support her if she likes to play Bingo on the weekends. Sit next to her on the couch on one of your off days and watch her favorite soap operas with her. Taking an interest in things your wife likes makes her feel better and gives you further insight into what really makes her happy.
