1
Start your costume out with a pink outfit. You will want to take into consideration the weather outdoors. If you live in a warmer climate, you can get away with a pink tutu, but if you live in a cooler climate you may want to consider a pink sweat suit and add a dress-up skirt.

2
Add wings to your outfit. You can either purchase wings in the dress-up section of your local retail store, or you can make your own. To make your own, you will need sturdy wire and white or pink nylons. Bend the wire into wing shapes and cover them with nylons. To decorate your home made wings, add feather boas around the edges and decorate with glitter glue.

Create a beautiful hairstyle and add a tiara. It will truly add to the costume as well as make your child truly feel magical. You can secure the tiara with bobby pins, so that it will stay in her hair longer and move around less. You can also find tiaras in a toy store, or season Halloween store.

Attach wings to the pink outfit. You can either strap them around the shoulders, so they are worn like a back pack, or simply sew them to the top itself. If you would like to reuse the outfit underneath, you would be better off adding straps so that they can be removed.

5
Assemble your costume together. You can add embellishments when your child is dressed. There are a lot of styles of shoes you can choose from, but you want to make sure they will be comfortable if they will be walking a lot. Try glitter glue, sparkly boas and feathers, and sequins.
