Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Transfer Factor product of your choice
  • 8 oz. glass of water

Choose the correct preparation for you

  1. Step 1

Shop for the product that best fits your needs. You may need to shop at more than one location to find the best product for you.

  2. Step 2

Read the ingredients lists on available products while shopping for Transfer Factor. Many manufacturers make this product, and some use ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some people.

  3. Step 3

Select the product which delivers the correct dosage for you. Any questions about usage should be addressed with your doctor or pharmacist, one who has your records of allergic reactions and/or unfavorable combinations with other medications you are taking.

  4. Take the recommended dosage for you

  5. Step 1

Check the recommended dosage, again, when you are at home. Notice the frequency and timing of each dose. These instructions will be on or in the packaging. If your product came in a box, with a bottle inside the box, a paper containing all possible dosages, reactions, and benefits, may be inside the box. If there is no information statement inside the box, or if your product came in a bottle only, check the label for information on ingredients, dosages, and possible reactions.

  6. Step 2

Take this preparation on an empty stomach, and/or be prepared to wait at least an hour to eat after taking this preparation, as recommended by most manufacturers of this product. Check the label or packaging for your product to verify this information.

  7. Step 3

Remove the recommended dosage from the container, hold it in one hand, and hold a serving of water in your preferred drinking glass or cup in your other hand.

  8. Step 4

Take your dosage by mouth, in the same technique you use for swallowing other tablets, capsules, or medications. This may vary from person to person, so use the technique that works for you.

  9. Step 5

Drink all the water in your glass or cup. This should be at least 8 ounces. Drink more if you have difficulty swallowing the dosage of Transfer Factor you have chosen.

  10. Step 6

Close the bottle and store it as recommended on the label.
