Create a couple of diamond shapes. Diamond shapes are simple squares on their sides, standing up at one of the points. Make a diamond shape directly over the midpoint of the two lines where they cross. Make another diamond shape a tad larger than the first one around the first shape. Don’t let them touch and try to make them somewhat even.

Make more spokes. Draw four more straight lines coming out of the center of the spokes you are creating. They should be positioned relatively evenly around the original lines and not overlap. Try to keep them straight. Place your pen in the midpoint and just draw a straight line out from there, about the same length out as the first lines.

Populate the web. Throw a couple of spiders below, above, beside or in the middle of the web if you wish. Spiders can be drawn by using two circles with dots in them as eyeballs and eight lines coming off the bottom of the eyeballs as legs. Hook any dangling spiders to the web with thin lines connecting to the web.
Tips & Warnings
A series of spider webs works wonderfully well to cover large objects, such as tables or an entire wall. You can also always use spider web designs to fill in other artwork when you don’t feel like using color.
