How to Make Herbal Body Wash
"Herbal" bath gels and washes can be found on supermarket shelves, but how natural are they? Most products that claim to be pure are loaded with chemicals, additives, preservatives and irritants. To merit the claim of being an herbal product, these items only need the tiniest fraction of a plant-based extract or two among other not-so-wholesome ingredients. This article will provide you with a fresh-smelling, tangerine-scented product that contains real herbal essential oils, natural aloe vera gel and optional food coloring in a hypoallergenic mild-soap base. This recipe should yield approximately 2 cups (more or less). How long it lasts depends on your usage, but the amounts given in the list of ingredients needed can easily be doubled, tripled, and quadrupled to accomodate your needs and your containers. -
