Size: Waist 24". Length 13 1/2 ". Fits a girl 7-8 years old.
Gauge: 2 rounds of dc=1 1/8".
Note: To increase, work 2 dc into 1 dc.
Rnd 1: With white, ch 60, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, dc in each ch around, join w sl st in top of ch 3 (60 dc). -

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in each dc around, working 2 increases evenly spaced around skirt, join as before (62 dc).
