  • salt
  • paprika - 1 tb spoon
  • lemon juice - 1 tb spoon
  • skim milk or 1%
  • oil - 1 tb spoon

      placed in a bowl the egg, salt, paprika and mustard.

      put that in bain-marie (double-boiler) and beat while gradually incorporating the lemon and milk.

      continue beating until the sauce is very thick.

      remove from double-boiler and mix with oil, while beating continuously.

      pack it in a jar, cover it and store in the refrigerator.
      serving size: 1 tablespoon type dessert.
