1/4 cup vegetable oil
Microwave safe bowl

Instructions

  Pour honey into a microwave safe bowl.

  Pour in vegetable oil.

  Stir the oil and honey together and put in microwave for no more than 30 seconds.

  Rub the mixture into the palm of your hands and apply to dry hair.

  Leave on for up to one hour and then shampoo out as usual.

It is called pre poo or oil treatment, do it with co-wash to wash it after an hour. Don't shampoo.... co-wash has more moizture but shampoo will stripe oil. They usually say shampoo because they are not experienced or have not updated in hair world. You can go to youtube compare co-wash /shampoo.
